YSC coaches are a dedicated group of paid and volunteer, former professional and collegiate players and nationally certified coaches.
The aim of all YSC coaches is to develop successful teams by developing well-rounded individual soccer players and productive members of society. All YSC coaches are directed to further their soccer education through the US Soccer Coaching Education Pathway.

Recreational Program Coaches
Recreational Program Coaches are volunteers who commit to lead practices and games during the fall Rec season. Training is provided through the Rec Coach Orientation and ongoing Rec Coach Field Clinics held throughout the fall season.
Select Program Coaches
Select Program Coaches experience furthered training and licensing and are engaged through an extended Select competitve season.
