Eligible Teams: Developmental and Competitive Teams - Open to all AYSA, USSF, AYSO, USYSA and US Club soccer teams in good-standing with appropriate registration forms and player passes (subject to disclaimer below).

Tournament Headquarters: Tournament headquarters is at Mountain Valley Park. Located at this site will be Saturday team check-in and amenities including soccer equipment, & snacks. Life line ambulance will be on stand-by and in the park area when available.
Check In: Each team must do a pre-tournament check in and pre-game check in.

- One member of each team with player passes, medical releases, loan papers and rosters (if not entered in gotsoccer).

Pre-Game Check In:
- Each team (all players and coach) must check in at the field with the Field Marshal dressed to play.

As host of the Yavapai Cup tournament, Yavapai Soccer and AzSoccerEvents reserve the right to deny the application from any team or Club.
*The Yavapai Cup tournament has been held annually for many years, well into the 1990's. Thus, this year's tournament is at least the 18th annual. The search is currently underway for more information & documentation of the tournament history to revise its annual number and provide historical information on this website.
